The Friends of Letchworth State Park, in collaboration with Endlessly Outdoors Company, are excited to announce the return of our beloved Teddy Bear Picnic on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 1:00–4:00 p.m.
This free family event is perfect for preschool and elementary-aged children (and their favorite teddy bears!) to enjoy an afternoon of outdoor fun, storytelling, and nature exploration.
Highlights include:
Storytelling with Perry Ground
Creative fun with Mr. Scribbles
Face painting, crafts, and games
Meet the NYS Park Environmental Educators and learn all about the animals in the park
A short walk through the woods with story stops
A teddy bear picnic with popcorn!Bring your blanket, your favorite teddy bear, and your sense of adventure for a magical afternoon in the park.
