First Day Hike – Humphrey Nature Center – 1/1/2017

These walks search out the nature lore of the winter season as we examine trees, winter weeds and fungi and discover animal signs and tracks. (“In person” track makers are always a possibility.) For all of the hikes, it is suggested you dress for the weather. If snow gets “knee deep”, you may find it helpful to also bring your own snowshoes. (We will have a few snowshoes that may be borrowed.)

First Day Hikes – 2 choices on New Year’s Day
